Out door workshops harder to get insurance to cover jams ass baisicly.

In Kent, you can get a train from London Bridge to it. If you dont want to go the gym and train its pretty good training area around the town centre.

I would have thought Birmingham & Reading would be ideal for the midlands as they are so well connected.

Erith is perfect for S.E. as it's easy for Londoners but easy for everyone else to get to without having to negociate the city center.

i think you should come to shetland, our sportscentres main hall can acomadate 500ish people. its called the clickimin centre if you wana look it up and its in lerwick, shetlands capital
