the SAS did some reseach into this, they concluded that you have to repeat somthing baout 2400 times for it to become instinct, but that counts for each obstacle, as each one is diferent.

it used to happen to me all the time now iam contolling it so its not as bad but if i clip my feet or anything liek that then i do lol i think its just a mental state to save you lol
but i dnt no for deff

Its just the same as been on a rail and rotating your arms back and forth to stay upright... the body just shifts its self into the right angle so you dont "face plant"
