But, some technique advice may help, as it gives you a basic understanding of what muscles you need to use and how to use them effectively, Most people generally build there own technique AFTER learning it from a tutorial or other sources, so in a way, advice on techniques can help..

So what's the point in learning a 'precise' way of doing something from a tutorial, only to change it later.
I did it that way, it took me ages to adapt my own way and make my techniques more efficient because i was so hung up on techniques. Whereas when i'm showing people stuff i give them an example and let them find and master their own way from the start, much faster.
