Ahh in that case its muscle up then sort of , dangerously step over.

unless they are off course low enough for me to jump or I'm going fast enough to vault.

( tried vaulting one slowly the other day and cut my hands he he)

k, what about bared wire? I usually just throw a sweater over top and try and keep my weight on an angle so the wire dont collapse on itself( if you know what i mean)

if theres barbed wire up i'm pretty sure you're not meant to go in

but, if it comes to it
i usually go to the wooden pole things there they are stabilised and vault that
