Default 1 Foot Side Flips - Help?

i can do 1 foot side flips quite well but i have trouble gettin height, ive tried a few techniques but they dont seem to work for me, any help?

tbh mate one foots of the floor you don't really get much height unless you have a really strong push leg.
one foots are usually done off stuff, for getting distance or taking of on a wall for instance when you run at a small wall put one foot on push off and side flip.
Id try get the 2 foot ones sorted out you get a lot more height and in my opinion they look better.

Pish, i do one foot.

Just push everything up, keep practising over low stuff and build up.

try throwing your lead arm into the air and kind of follow it around, that should gain you some height
