Default Flips Off Walls - Help?

i can do flips off walls but i am scared to backflip, i can already do really nice backflips but only on a trampoline, can you help me with some techniques?

I have no flipping excperience whatsoever so this is just a theory, and plz don't flame me for this.

I would think that tying to backflip off something like a sofa woul help, and onto something soft like a mat.

tbh if i was you id try get them on the floor first.
It makes life a lot easier
and tucking off the floor or a small ledge isnt as scarey... you wont hurt your self on the floor but you may do off a wall

well
a person i know did this;

put their foot on the wall that they are going to use
start like
bouncing your foot checking for push and such
(you could use a spotter, not necessary really)
uses the wall to push off
then build up

start off on an angled wall i'd say

if u are that scared just get a few spotters to boost ur confidance and then try on ur own.



BUT DONT RELY ON THE SPOTTERS PRETEND THERE NOT THERE!!

Spotters are a good mean of gaining confidence, but relying on them can prove to be pretty bad.

Try not to tuck when flipping off a wall, lean back into the flip, tilt your head back, and push your body weight upwards, thus forcing your body out and up, whilst your head rotates you.
