Save these under your favourites - one of the single best guides I have read on deadlift form in a long time! I found it highly helpful as my form with this exercise has always been shoddy.

Enjoy =]

thanks for all the feed back on muscles for traceurs, remember this program is for those who want to do 3 things, get bigger, get stronger, get more experiance.

The underlyiing principle here is by getting a stronger muscle we increase its capacity for other types of work.

dunno if this is the right thread for this question but here it is,my abdominal muscles seem to be developing unevenly(and have been for years) the creases on the right side are higher then the ones on the left. this seems to be a common issue with others, i was just wondering if this is a big problem, and what might i do to correct it?
