Default new to parkour

Hi people. I am new to parkour and i thought i should give it a try since it can help me become stronger. First of all I dont even know if parkour is suitable for me. I am 5 foot 5(pretty short) 153 pounds, pretty strong but not ripped, i can sprint fast(dunno if that will help me), and i cannot jump very high(dammit). I am aware that parkour is not easy and it takes lots of practice, thats why im going to do it, btw i am 14, dunno if thats too young for parkour.
