Smile Conditioning for free running

Hi everyone. I am quite fit, can do 40+ pushups, 20+ pullups and do weight training.
While trying to do flips, handstands it seems that I am too weak for this power moves.

What kind of conditioning should a starting free runner undergo in order to become physically fit for this art? What kind of trainining did you undergo and how did you build up your routine?
I am really desperate to learn all the moves and become something more than a piece of lead

Thanks
