Default New to Parkour

Hey, I'm new to the whole parkour and freerunning but I'm really determined to learn it. There are no experienced individuals around here so I'm stuck. I've been doing some basic training which usually consists of jogging, jumping, and fall absorption, but I really need some help. I was wondering if anybody had any tips to help practice parkour before I actually hit the streets.

I'm really looking for good workouts that can help condition me for what I'm going to face.
1) Warm ups
2) Exercises/Work Out Regiments
3) Muscles to focus on
4) Any tips in general

I would really appreciate any help and maybe I'll be teaching some new members in the future.
