Different rules apply for an athlete in comparison to an average person... an active individual will happily suck his body dry of micronutrients. The only things I avoid supplementing are vitamin A and Iron.

Zinc is frigging awesome.

I knew of vitamin A, why iron?
i have a general idea but yeah

and what do you think of using vitamin E?

lol I agree... I don't supplement iron, unless i'm on my period, cos I don't intake enough as it is... oops

I supplement everything else, as although I eat healthy, I don't believe I intake enough vits and mins =[

I think it's funny that the same kids in here attempting to refute modern cancer treatment methodologies are the same dumbasses who were telling other people to stop pretending to be experts over the internet in later threads.
