Strength before Technique when you start, I recommend. It'll make everything so much easier to pick up and have fun with. If you don't already, try doing some simple exercises a couple times a week, for your entire body: pressups, pullups (king of upperbody, have your palms facing away from you, not towards you), situps, oblique crunches, superman raises, goodmorning raises, calf raises, jumping squats.

Also, have fun going for runs in areas with walls and rails or in a little forest, and take routes with lots in the way, don't worry about how you get past things, but find out how you naturally want to do it, in the fastest way possible, which might be running over, vaulting with or without a step, coming in from different angles and stuff.
Just be creative, see what you can come up with, then compare it to techniques other people use later on in your training.

i started of a few vaults, wall runs, cat leaps, jumps and precesisions.

i guess you could learn the vaults first thats what i did but dont over do it. and learn to roll properly otherwise if you drop a lot without landing safely it can cause long term effects on your body

walking is bad for you anyway

'bad for you' hmm, when we were all dying at the age fo 40 i dont think we had any knee issues lol, humans just live longer now, our bodies have to go wrong eventually.
