well, your abs control all movements of your lower body
so if you've been doing alot, thats been alot of contraction and extension, so the muscle fibres will rip.

this basically means they'll get stronger for you

so yeah, rest them off a bit before going back to them

i certainly hope his muscle fibers would'nt rip, that would be messy.

You abs will hurt because, during tucks your explosively pulling your pelvis into your chest, this kind of work will cause muscle sorness initially, but it should pass

The last three posts summed up:

"i'm a cock and am going to take things highly literally and be and arse"

"i bum you, i agree"

"i bum both of you, i agree too"

He quite obviously did not mean *all* movements

I don't see how "well, your abs control all movements of your lower body" could be misinterpreted, but OK. Nothing will change the fact that that was fucking hilarious.
