Default sprint training.

hello, well i just started a training routine that includes sprint training. but my problem is I've read that you should only do sprint training for a month or two and then take a break for a while. but i haven't heard anything on how long to let your body recover. and i know that everyones body's recover at different rates and all but could somebody give me a rough amount of time
till i can or should start sprinting again.

Any cycle (weight training, plyometrics, etc) should have a deloading period. Go ahead and post your routine.

Why even waste your time with them? Running is gay.
