well, if you were to present some form of organized program that taxes your central nervous system thoroughly over the course of 4-5 weeks, i would say take a lighter week after that time period..but that's assuming you did those things. Instead, you are saying you just kind of run around, sprint whenever, make yourself tired, and then run some more. Since that's pretty vague, i just suggest you listen to your body; if running starts to make you feel like crap, or you begin to find it difficult to run, then maybe you should take a break. If you are feeling stronger and better, then keep doing what you're doing..it all depends. Since you have no structure, how much you run and how intensely can vary, so take breaks when you need to. Don't take them when you don't.

Maybe if you didn't spend so much time trespassing on construction sites to train 10 ft drop laches you wouldn't be chased as often.
