Default Re: Sets - Help?

tbh id call this post tumbling help :P
right i do gymnastics tumbling so ill tell you what im told constantly
firstly get your round off perfect before you do any other move
arms above your head straight as you come into it, lean forward put your first hand down like a cartwheel position this is the supporting arm...
secondly place your other hand facing the first hand this gives you your rotation, you should only be rotating when you vertical. Kinda like a birani with your hands down. Then as you come out of the the round off your hands should be out infront ready for the tuck back or flick or whatever move you do next
