As ben said em & me seem to be the main females here, so someone had to start this off. Welcome and enjoy your stay to any girls new to this site! And introduce yourself on the introductions thread.
Or any girls who are london based pm me, be cracking to catch up with you!
Shay :P

Hi I'm Hollie, not anywhere near London, I'm up near Leeds. Ben were you talking about the wyp jam??? If there's any other girls up near here please say, cos i went to the wyp jam on saturday and i was the only girl of about 25 boys!! It was good, but being nowhere near as good as anyone else it was rather intimidating  . I'll be going to the leeds jams in future but probably not for a couple of weeks as I'm kinda busy at the moment. Anyways, it's good that there's a girls board here, hopefully we'll get some more girls posting!

Nice one Shay and Hollie! Sorry I haven't been on these boards for a few days (and sorry I missed the WJ jam - it sounds fab!) - have been off visiting my parents in Edinburgh.

Anyway, I'm keen to make this one kick-ass girls section, so get your fellow female parkour enthusiasts down here, and let's really make a place where all girls are welcome, whatever parkour means to them.

I'm certainly here to answer any training questions any girls may have - I've trained as a gymnast which can help in giving tips on how best to use your body to create the most efficient, flowing movement. In fact, I'll start a new thread on this when I have a spare second - life's a bit manic at the mo!

But most importantly, let's chat, have some fun, and show that girls can do parkour too!

Cheers
Emily x

hey tinsica, I'm not from Cardiff i'm afraid, but i was wondering whether your forum name comes from the gymnastics move that's a half-cartwheel half-front walkover? If so, nice one - I love that move and think tinsica's a great word!

Hi Emily, sure is, though the move is contained within gymnastics right now as I'm just venturing into the abyss of parkour!

Hello everyone *waves*

I'm not actually a parkour femme, more of a parkour girlfriend, but I thought I'd say hello all the same
