Smile fitness and conditioning

hi guys

i am 15 years old and am practicing to be a traceur, i have been practicing for about 1 year now and can do all the basics like vaults,gaps and wallruns but i want to know what i can do about my diet and conditioning

at the minute i run about 2 miles a day and eat quite a bit but am working on cutting down a bit

if anyone has any diet plans they are greatly appreciated
