Smile injury

hey guys
i went to practice yesterday after about 3 months off and i stretched to warm up but after about 20 minutes i had thigh pain,stomach pain(felt like stretch) and a badly cut arm(my fault i rolled up my sleeves and climbed a wall) but i want to know why i felt so bad after such little time and how i can warm up better to prevent this.
