In the afternoon is the best time. Flexibility isn't as good in the evening/night as it is in the mornings/afternoon.

I'd like to be able to stretches first thing in the morning. That way I get it done before work and (hopefully) feel good for the rest of the day. But when I do exercise in the morning I always feel sick much more quickly than when I do stretching in the evening. Can any of you guys relate? Is there anything you can do make your body more responsive first thing in the morning?

I stretch constantly .... little here, little there, and especially before and after a workout or a good run about town... I also come from a very athletic family and background, and sadly enough, have just discovered the awesomeness of freerunning and parkour.

I'm also one of those people who can't sit still, and find stretching fills that urge to get up run around.

I'd like to be able to do some stretches in the morning but I'm always in such a rush. I guess the best thing is to wake up a bit earlier each morning and do some light stretches. Then once my body gets used to it I'll be able to do more in the mornings before work and hopefully eventually be able to a full workout first thing then get it out of the way and just go about enjoying the rest of the day.

to be honest best times are obviously when the muscles are warm, so after a run or bath. Im working on mine at the moment and although i admit i should be a little more disciplined in stretching every day, doing it after a run or bath really helps

Peace
